Really had very very good stay for a business trip. Comfortable bed, reasonably spacious bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room.

Newly renovated and fabulous hotel with a great view of downtown. Absolutely perfect location, very close to Yum Center, restaurants, venues, and distilleries. Fantastic dining options nearby like Hell or High Water.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, just steps away from the Waterfront Park. Our room was clean and had a great view of the Yum Center. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Overall I had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

Early Saturday morning, the smoke alarm was activated by nothing. We were able to shut off the alarm; however, the shrill returned. Eventually, the manager came in and removed the alarm, but my sleep was interrupted. An hour later, the housekeeping staff walked into the room without knocking, then this was repeated an hour later. We were given a discount;however, this cannot compensate for my lack of sleep.

Courtyard chain is generally a good value, though it's hard to get the room temp just right and the bedclothes are thin.

• Hotel is across from the Yum! Center. Spent hours getting to and from during weekend events. • Could not get toilet paper on request. Had to steal some from a cart. Couldn't get our room made up promptly that day either. • Breakfast not cooked as nicely as at other Courtyard locations.
